Larry V. Ort has extensive experience in several areas: Personnel and labor relations, curriculum development, and teaching in online and classroom environments.
He also has eight years of senior-level administrative experience in academic affairs, faculty development, strategic planning, assessment and educational research.
His background includes considerable experience in church leadership roles serving as president and senior warden, conducting pastoral searches, clarifying mission and vision statements, and planning and implementing Christian programs.
Larry holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Michigan State University and an M.A. in College Student Development. He has 26 years of teaching experience at the college level and significant international and cross-cultural experience. He has promoted and fostered diversity on college campuses and in the workplace.
